Exploration and Robotics for the environnement


The scientific goal of the EXPLORE team is to provide answers to the following challenge: designing underwater robotic systems that can safely carry out complex missions in full autonomy, despite the severity of the constraints imposed by the aquatic environment?


For that, we deal with motion control, perception, SLAM, control architecture, discrete event systems, and dependability domains.
